CEAS Board
CEAS is governed by a Board of up to 10 members, elected from practices operating throughout New Zealand. Board members are principals of the CEAS member firms. The Board elects the Chairperson and appoints the Secretary, Insurance Consultant and External Auditor.
The Board meets on a regular basis. All CEAS members are invited to the Annual General Meeting.
