CEAS Board
CEAS is governed by a Board of 10 members, domiciled in various parts of New Zealand. Board members are principals of the CEAS member firms. The Board elects the Chairperson and appoints the Secretary, Insurance Consultant, and External Auditor. The Board meets on a regular basis, typically 5 times a year, and all CEAS members are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting.
